You can choose counselling sessions to fit in with your schedule. Each session is an hour and priced as follows:

Zoom or telephone counselling: £45
Face to Face sessions. In my therapy space in Auchtermuchty. Other locations including home visits, by arrangment. £45
Outdoor counselling walk and talk: £45

Outdoor therapy sessions are a bit longer than a standard counselling appointment, to allow for any pauses during the session (between 60 - 75 minutes). A pause in your session is usually due to passing by other walkers and dogs, farm traffic etc.

Concessions are available – please contact me to discuss.

Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request a24-hours notice. There is a cancellation fee of £20, which is waived in cases of family emergencies or illness.

Please pay for your session the day before your appointment by bank transfer/BACS payment (contact me for details). Alternatively, if you would like to pay for your sessions by debit/credit card, please use the PayPal facility below thank you.
